Order Processing & Shipping

How do you pronounce Tyche?

What is your turnaround time (TAT)?

For items not on preorder, our typical turnaround time is 5–15 business days.

If an item sells out and transitions to preorder, the turnaround time becomes 15–30 business days.

During the first 48 hours of a launch, all orders are held and begin processing on the third business day. Shipping and TAT start on that third business day.

  • Example: If a launch occurs on Thursday, TAT begins the following Monday.

  • If a launch occurs on Monday, TAT begins the following Wednesday.

Do you offer preorder items?

Yes. During the initial launch phase, Tyche Lacquer will have limited quantities available. Once a shade sells out, it may convert to preorder until the preorder cap is reached. The preorder will close after 3 business days and the restock process will proceed normally from there. 

Can I combine or merge orders?

At this time, I am unable to merge or combine orders. Each order is processed separately. I appreciate your understanding while systems and workflows are being refined.

How do you ship orders?

All domestic orders ship via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

International shipping is something I plan to explore after I’ve fully established operations and workflows. My first expansion goal will likely be Canada.

When international shipping becomes available, I’ll also look at bringing back collection rewinds to better support international customers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via email with your order number. I’m happy to work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • Return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer

Why are refunds limited to 30 days?

Due to the nature of nail polish pigments, some pigments may fade over time. For this reason, refunds cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the purchase date.

What if my polish has batch variation or pigment specks?

All polishes are hand-mixed in small batches, and slight variation between batches may occur. While I do my best to avoid this, pigment specks may be present.

If you receive a bottle with an issue, please reach out and I am happy to work on a resolution with you.

  • Added Fragrance

  • Animal-Derived Ingredients

Where can I find the full ingredient list?

Ingredients:
Nitrocellulose, Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Propyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, n-Butyl Alcohol, Ethyl Alchol, Triphenyl Phosphate.

May Contain:
Mica, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Tin Oxide, Ultramarines, Chromium Oxides, Lake Pigments, Silica, Nitrocel Paste, D&C Black No. 2, D&C Red No. 6, D&C Red No. 7, D&C Yellow No. 5, Iron Blue Nitro Paste, White Nitro Paste, Aluminum, Polyester, Glitters.
