Tyche polishes are formulated for a quick drying finish to make magnetic manicures (and other manicures) a time efficient experience.

Traditionally, advice for nail application advises 2-4 thin coats of polish. Tyche formulation dries too quick for traditional application. Magnetic particles need viscosity for movement and thin coats do not provide that movement without a magnetic rewetter. 

I advise- one thinner coat, a second thicker coat that allows the magnetic particles to move. For cremes, crellies, jellies and flakies, traditional painting methods are acceptable. 

Our published turn around time is 5-15 business days, we typically ship much faster than that with the exception of release weekends. Our current average is 1-3 business day.s 

Occasionally, I will offer a pre-order item if a pigment is expensive to source and have on hand or if wishlisting indicates larger demand than the on hand stock I maintain. 

Sure, if you send us an email at support@tychelacquer.com or by adding a note to your order with your previous order number and we will do our best to accommodate. We do try to merge them automatically when we see them, but we don't always catch them. 

We primarily ship UPS/UPS Ground and will occasionally need to utilize USPS for certain orders outside of their delivery zones (ex: Puerto Rico, Guam, some places in Montana for some reason.) 

We are currently stocked with Rainbow Connection and Nailland for the UK/EU. I am working on Canada and Asia, they are a bit harder to navigate and unpredictable with current tariffs. 

Breaks and Lost Packages: please do not hesitate to reach out to me at support@tychelacquer.com if you experience a break or a missing package. For any damages, please include pictures with your email for quality assurance purposes and for our claims process. For missing packages, we will make it right. 

If you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please email me and I am happy to work towards a resolution that may include refund, store credit or replacement on a case by case basis.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the nature of nail polish pigments, some pigments may fade over time. For this reason, returns are not accepted beyond 30 days from purchase date. 

Main collections release roughly every three months, on a quarterly schedule.

These don't follow a fixed schedule. Mini Collections, Loot Box Drops and other special releases launch when the inspiration strikes or when folks on Instagram bully me (affectionately) over prototype swatches. 

I have a lot of polishes that are absolutely beautiful but do not have a home because they don't fit inspirations or themes. I like releasing these as loot box items as either Mysteries or Protos that will include swatches (that I or 1-2 other swatchers will provide for the listing). If a prototype sells out during the loot box drop, I will do a final smaller restock or continue it based on popularity. 

Yes. I launch with an initial inventory, and restock regularly throughout the collection run. This applies to Main Collections and Mini Collections. Loot Box Drops and Special releases are situational. 

A main collection retires when the next main collection launches. For example, Main Collection 1 retires when Main Collection 2 releases. Every retiring collection gets one final restock before it goes. 

Collections are typically available for 90+ days, this includes mini collections. 

Yes. I keep the top 1-3 polishes from a collection and add it to a semi-permanent catalogue. These are listed in the full store. 

I am working on a proper restock request form, but I do read your emails and comments on instagram/tiktok. If I notice a particular polish is being requested a lot, I'll re-release it.
