What is your turnaround time (TAT)?

For items not on preorder, our typical turnaround time is 5–15 business days.

If an item sells out and transitions to preorder, the turnaround time becomes 15–30 business days.

During the first 48 hours of a launch, all orders are held and begin processing on the third business day. Shipping and TAT start on that third business day.

• Example: If a launch occurs on Thursday, TAT begins the following Monday.

• If a launch occurs on Monday, TAT begins the following Wednesday.

Do you offer preorder items?

Yes. During the initial launch phase, Tyche Lacquer will have limited quantities available. Once a shade sells out, it may convert to preorder until the preorder cap is reached.

Can I combine or merge orders?

At this time, I am unable to merge or combine orders. Each order is processed separately. I appreciate your understanding while systems and workflows are being refined.

How do you ship orders?

All domestic orders ship via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

International shipping is something I plan to explore after I’ve fully established operations and workflows. My first expansion goal will likely be Canada.
