If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via email at support@tychelacquer.com with your order number. I’m happy to work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase

Return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer
Due to the nature of nail polish pigments, some pigments may fade over time. For this reason, refunds cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
All polishes are hand-mixed in small batches, and slight variation between batches may occur. In rare cases, pigment specks may be present.
If you receive a bottle with an issue, please reach out and we can work on a resolution which may include refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or replacements for polishes purchased through de-stashes or second-hand sellers.
